I feel priviledged to offer the following services to those I am currently working with and future people. I have a long history of leading strategic and individual planning, facilitating team building and mentoring leaders.

Planning

For me, facilitating planning is the joining of one person with another person or a team to achieve a clear outcome/change. I bring chosen activities into the room aimed at moving the person/team forwards. 

Team Building

Teams need to pause, reflect, look at how they were working together and identify what needs to change to increase their effectiveness, their sense of belonging and their well-being in a world that only gets busier. 

Leadership Mentoring

Being a leader is a journey … I am extremely grateful to all those who have guided me in my leadership journey and business development. I believe that being the CEO or a business owner can be a professionally lonely space – there are limits to what may be shared with the Board, the Chair and the leadership team.
