Advance Your Business specialises in partnering with leaders, their teams and their organisations to create people and agencies that are strong, clear, healthy and at the forefront of their field – with a focus on enhancing people skills at senior levels.

Advance Your Business focusses at 4 levels:

1. Leadership: Building the strengths and capabilities of leaders and managers, through retreats for leadership teams, leadership training and leadership mentoring
2. Teams: Developing team clarity re purpose, building relationships and agreed processes
3. Agency: Clarity re vision, purpose, values and strategic direction
4. Across Agencies: Ensuring clarity of purpose, congruence of values and effective work paths for Agency partnerships.

We do this through engagement with:

Leaders - Advance Your Business plans and facilitates leadership retreats, provides a variety of leadership training, including a 6-day leadership training course, People Centered Leadership, and, offers leadership mentoring (individual or group). 

Teams - Advance Your Business facilitates team workshops at all levels (spanning from in-house teams to inter-agency partnership teams).  The focus is on quality team relationships, developing a team’s ‘ways of working together’, their clarity re direction, role and agreed outcomes.  This could include detailed mapping of who does what in relation to systems or processes, actively problem-solving differing views.
