I have been leading strategic planning, working with leadership teams to build their relationships and their capacity to work exceptionally well together and mentoring leaders building their skills, expertise and capabilities for  over 40 years. In that time, I have worked with the most wonderful leaders in both the not-for-profit world and in small business.

​Working with leaders, walking alongside them to create change in a way that brings the others in the organisation or small business along on the change journey is my passion.
